To take the measurement, use a flexible tape measure.

It is advisable not to take the measurements yourself.

If you have a measurement between two sizes, it is preferable that you select the larger size.

All measurements are in cm.

Measure the contour of the waist, at the narrowest part.

PERÍMETRE PIT / CHEST

Measure the contour of the chest, at the widest part.

ESQUENA / BACK

Measure the height of the back.

PERÍMETRE MALUC / HIPS

Measure the contour of the hip, at the widest part.

INTERIOR CAMA / INSIDE LEG

Measure the inside length of the leg, from the groin to the knee.
